Which size should I choose?
Regular suits most people up to around 6 ft (183 cm). If you are taller, have wider hips, or simply like a fuller pillow between the knees, choose White XL. Both sizes use the same firm, high-density memory foam.
Will it stay in place during the night?
Yes. The soft, adjustable non-slip strap loops around one leg, so the pillow moves with you when you turn instead of ending up at the bottom of the bed. Loosen or tighten it to suit you; most people forget it is there after the first night.
Can I use it if I sleep on my back?
You can. Place it under your knees to take the pressure off your lower back, or lift one side of your hips for a gentler position. Side sleeping between the knees is where it does the most, but the shape works in three positions.
Is it suitable during pregnancy and after birth?
Many of our customers first buy it in the second or third trimester and keep using it postpartum. It cushions knee-on-knee contact and keeps the hips level while you sleep on your side. As always, check with your midwife or GP if you have specific concerns.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover and machine wash it at 30 °C, then air dry. The memory-foam core should not go in the machine; a damp cloth is enough to freshen it. The foam is ventilated, so it stays cooler and airs out quickly.
Why does it smell slightly when I unpack it?
The pillow is vacuum packed to ship, which can leave a faint foam scent. Give it a day out of the packaging with the cover off and it will fully expand and the scent will clear.
